Archibald Price winner Sam Leach

Sam Leach is the ultimate winner for this year 2010 Archibald Price competition with portrait of comedian Tim Minchin, the amallest portrail painting ever won in Archibald!

He is also awarded with the Wynne Price 2010, a rare double winner take away of total $75,000 winning prices. The wynne price landscaped oil and canvas painting on wood is called The porposal for Landscape Cosmos.

There are 34 Archibald finalists. Leach's Archibald painting is the smallest compared with other finalists paintings. Leach proved that SIZE DOESN'T MATTER ANY MORE!

The Sulman Price goes to Michael Lindeman , a representation painting for newspaper classified advertisement art for sale. This is quite a contrast winning subject matter with iconic media advertising dialogue.

The Trustees, Watercolour Price goes to Viola Dominello in a spectacular The Hawkesbury landscape.
