Joel Dickens's exhibition in ArtHouse Gallery " it's not the wolf you need to be afraid of " captures immense inspiration from the sheer freedom, fantasies and memories in children’s drawings.

The subject matter of Joel Dickens's paintings explores deep personal experience in life, social and philosophical influences.

The combination and outcome of these influences produce series of dialogue and stories of children's drawings that in capable to translate into life and its long term impact from our own man made nature, environment, consumerism, war and power.
